Is there a discount on multiple RepricerExpress accounts?
You can have multiple Amazon accounts within the one RepricerExpress account. For example, a UK, US, and DE account. However, you're unable to have more than one Amazon account of the same locale in one account. If you have two Amazon UK accounts, you will need two RepricerExpress accounts.
With multiple RepricerExpress accounts, there may be a discount available. This will be based entirely on your needs and is reviewed on a case by case basis. If you require multiple RepricerExpress accounts please contact Support Chat or email us for additional info and pricing.

Will l be charged for my Fixed Price listings?
RepricerExpress only charges for the current SKUs you have repricing. If you have a number of products which you don't want to reprice, set these to 'Fixed Price' and you won't be charged for these in your pricing plan, as long as you are not over the fair use policy.
Due to Amazon's subscriptions API service RepricerExpress incur charges for all SKUs, even those you are not repricing. Usually, you will only be in danger of going over the fair use policy if you have a high number of SKUs set at fixed price.
For example, if you have 20,000 SKUs on Fixed price and 500 SKUs repricing on the 2,500 package you would likely be over the fair use policy.
If you are over the fair use policy, the support team will be in touch to discuss this with you and you will not be automatically charged or your bill increased before we get in touch.
Do I get billed for SKUs when in Safe Mode?
RepricerExpress counts the current Repricing SKUs when your bill is calculated. Your SKUs are still repricing even if the marketplace has been disabled and is currently in 'Safe Mode'. If you want to fully remove a marketplace and no longer be charged for it, you can simply remove the marketplace from your subscription.
Follow the steps below to do this:
- Go to 'Channels'.
- Hover on the channel you not longer want to use and click 'Remove Channel'.
- You can always add the marketplace back on at a later point.
- Your Min/Max prices may not be available in the future for products only available on removed marketplaces.
When will I be charged?
If you are unsure of when your Billing date, it's displayed on the bottom centre of your dashboard.
Please note: If you are cancelling your account will need to give us enough notice before your billing date to avoid paying for the following month.
What payment methods does RepricerExpress accept?
RepricerExpress accepts many payment methods including Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, Laser and Maestro. We also accept Bank transfers, more information on this below.
What is a Foreign Payment Fee?
RepricerExpress is a United Kingdom based company. If you're based elsewhere in the world, your bank may charge a small additional fee for transactions to other parts of the world.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment, RepricerExpress will automatically email you and let you know. The next day and the day after, we will also attempt to take payment and let you know if we are still having trouble taking your subscription payment.
If RepricerExpress is unable to take payment for these three days, then your account will be temporarily closed until successful payment is taken.
When I enter my card details, do I get charged?
When you enter your details for the first time, your card will be charged 2p. This charge is to verify your card details are correct. Once your card details have been verified we void this payment so it never comes out of your bank account.
My card doesn't have a CSV number?
RepricerExpress requires a CSV number to process payments.
You need to use a card with a CSV number, which can be found on the back of your credit/debit card.
