Why are some SKUs inactive in RepricerExpress?
RepricerExpress automatically imports your active and in stock products from Amazon and eBay several times a day. Quite often products will be active for a while on Amazon or eBay but might end up selling out or you need to stop listing them so they will go inactive.
RepricerExpress doesn't delete these listings immediately but marks them as inactive so you don't need to re-enter your Minimum and Maximum price if you get the product back into stock. You can access a list of your inactive products by selecting 'Inactive' from the 'My Inventory' screen filters.
Note: in the 'Inactive' section you will also find all your FBA inbound SKUs.
What happens to my product when it goes inactive on Amazon or eBay?
When a product sells out or is taken off sale on Amazon or eBay, RepricerExpress will keep a record of this product so you don't have to re-enter the Minimum and Maximum price again when you put the product back for sale.
The product won't come up on any of the normal filters (such as Only Seller, Low Price, etc.) and will only be available if you select the Inactive filter or search for an inactive product specifically with the Search by Title, Search by ASIN or Search by SKU options.
Please note: These SKUs are not counted towards your billable SKUs.
Can I use build international listings on Amazon? (Amazon only)
The build international listings tool on Amazon enables users to create and update listings at the same time across multiple Amazon Europe marketplaces. You can use RepricerExpress to price products you created with Amazon's Build International Listings.
When you do, however, this breaks the link between the marketplace you originally used to create it. This means that RepricerExpress will update the price of these new listings rather than your source marketplace.
In order to fix the problem, you will need to remove the connections between your main marketplace and the other non-main marketplaces.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Log into your Seller Central Account
- Go to My Inventory then choose Sell Globally
- Select Build International Listings at the top
- Click on Remove for all the target marketplaces
Can I set the same Min and Max?
When you are setting your Min and Max prices in RepricerExpress you should never set your Min and Max prices to be the same. If your product has never repriced, it simply never will. If you want to turn repricing off you should click the repricing slider to OFF—we will no longer reprice your products.
Can I automate my Min and Max imports?
RepricerExpress allows you to set up an automatic import of your Min and Max prices through an FTP connection or via a Dropbox folder.
