RepricerExpress downloads your quantities directly from Amazon/eBay and display them for your SKUs. RepricerExpress will not alter your quantities, all stock updates need to be done directly on your marketplaces.
Amazon's FBA report gives multiple quantity fields but to ensure only the correct products are marked active/inactive, we would use your 'afn-fulfillable-quantity' (orange). This quantity excludes already sold, inbound and damaged goods which are not available for sale.
So if you have just sent a batch of products to an FBA centre for example, we need to wait until Amazon receive these and send us the updated quantities back in your listings file.
Amazon's Open Listing report gives a quantity field that RepricerExpress will use to determine if the product is active/inactive and to update your stock.
For both FBM and FBA quantities, you can see the last restocked date on your 'My Inventory' screen, this is done approximately every two hours (for Amazon) and every 4 hours (for eBay).
If you have any questions regarding this process, you can send us an email via firstname.lastname@example.org
