RepricerExpress will show a green tick on the repricing overview tab on the repricing details pop-up. This can also be seen on the product detail tab on the 'My Inventory' screen.
There may be times where the system is showing a green tick to indicate that you hold the Buy Box, when you don't or it appears you don't.
- The first reason would be to do with your rules and how Amazon can rotate the Buy Box.
RepricerExpress allows to control what happens to your price when you win the Buy Box. You can set SKUs to not reprice once you have won the Buy Box. In the scenario section of the rule you can set if Buy Box winner to reprice as normal.
Your items are only repriced when there is a price change on the listing, Amazon will send a price notification and RepricerExpress will process a price change.
However, Amazon can rotate the Buy Box without a price change and will not actually notify of this. If you have your repricing rule settings as above and you currently hold the Buy Box and Amazon rotates it, the green tick will indicate you hold the Buy Box and will show until the next price change. - There can be two sellers holding the Buy Box at one time on the same listing.
Some sellers may not be aware that each listing actually has two Buy Boxes, which may not be clear or visible on screen. There is a standard Buy Box, and a Prime Buy Box.
A lot of the time the seller who holds the Prime Buy Box may also hold the standard Buy Box. However, at times there will be one seller on the standard Buy Box and a different seller on the Prime Buy Box.
You can see this if you have a Prime account. When you're logged into your account, you will see one seller on the Buy Box,. Then if you use a different browser where you are not logged into your Amazon Prime account, you may see a different seller in the Buy Box.
