Why can't I see my competitor on eBay?

If you are searching on eBay for your competitors it's important to realise that eBay will automatically hide listings which are not eligible to ship to your region.

This means that in some circumstances (for example, if you are selling on a foreign marketplace) listings which you can compete with will not be returned when you search for your competitors.

If you are competing with such a seller, you can pull up their details by clicking the 'Competitor' button on the 'Product Detail' tab for the product. This direct link will bring up their product.
