There are several different ways you can disable repricing on your RepricerExpress account.
The different options include:
- In the 'My Inventory' screen: you can disable singular or multiple SKUs.
- In the 'Channels' screen: disable repricing via Safe Mode.
- In the 'Imports/Exports' screen: In 'Bulk Imports' use the 'Set Fixed Prices (all SKUs)' to enable/disable repricing.
We will go through each option step by step to show you how each step can be done.
The 'My Inventory' screen
Under the 'My Inventory' screen on the top blue bar, you will want to select the 'Product Detail' option. The screen will then present you with a list of your products with all their details on display. On this screen, you will be able to select single SKUs and multiple SKUs you want to disable repricing for. We will show you how to change an individual SKU and multiple SKU’s from this window.
Turn off repricing for a single SKU
From the 'Product detail' screen, you will tick the box beside the SKU you want to reprice, then select the Repricing switch and make sure it is set to OFF. This will stop that SKU from repricing.
Turn off Repricing for multiple SKUs
This option involves a few more steps than when selecting individual SKUs to turn repricing on/off.
Once you have filtered down the 'Product Detail' screen to the SKUs you wish to turn repricing OFF for, there are a few steps you can take to make selecting them all much easier.
Firstly, to select all available SKUs on the page you should select the 'tick all' button beside 'SKU: Condition'. Every SKU listed will be selected, ready to be 'Bulk Edited'. The default number of SKUs to be displayed is 10. This can be easily changed.
If you have more than 10 SKUs that need to be turned OFF, to allow you to select as many as possible click on the COG symbol. This symbol will allow you to change the number of listings per page up to a maximum of 1000 listings. If you have more than 1000 listings, you can navigate from page to page applying the changes you desire.
Finally, once you have the right number of SKUs selected, you can bulk change the products using the 'Bulk Edit products'. Once you click on this button, you will be presented with a pop-up screen like this:
From this screen, you would select the 'Turn repricing ON/OFF' option. You are also given the option to select a channel if you wish. Once you are happy with your options you can click 'Update' and this will apply to all selected products.
Another option that can be used to turn your repricing off is via the 'Imports/Exports' screen. Within this screen if you download a copy of 'Set Fixed Prices (all SKUs)', the Excel file will be displayed much like the following image:
There will be a column for each channel (like the one highlighted, AUK = Amazon UK, ADE = Amazon DE etc..), which will allow you to enable or disable repricing for the SKU in question. To enable repricing, you would simply put a 'Y' in the column, to disable you would enter you a 'N'.
Once you import the file back into RepricerExpress, any SKU flagged as 'N' on your file will have their repricing disabled.
The 'Channels' screen
In the Channels Screen, you have the option to place your channels into Safe Mode, which will allow your products to reprice but will not push the new prices through to Amazon or eBay. This option is great for testing your rules without impacting existing prices.
This option does not turn off Repricing fully, it just prevents prices from being pushed Live to Amazon or eBay.
