Why have my SKUs/ASINs that are going to incur long-term storage fees not been automatically moved?
RepricerExpress will use the FBA recommended removal report downloaded directly from Amazon. Amazon will update this report monthly, so any SKU will not be moved automatically until the report has been updated by Amazon.
Why have items moved or not moved with my stock age trigger?
The stock age trigger is based on the Amazon open date. So this will be based on the date an item was first added to Amazon. This is not the last time the item was put back into stock but from the open date the first time the product was added to Amazon.
Why have my SKUs not moved yet and they do apply to the trigger?
Make sure and check the timings the triggers are checked and updated, some are more often than others. There are some which will be updated once daily at 8.00am GMT. Others are every hour.
If you're unsure why an item has not moved be sure to check this and check after it states the system checks and updates.
Where do my SKUs get moved to? Do I need to set up another rule?
Yes, you will need to setup another rule before you set up the automation. The Automations allow RepricerExpress to automatically move your listings to a different rule when a specified trigger applies. Then in the automation, you would select which rule the SKUs move to when the trigger applies.
What happens after my SKU has been moved?
Once the trigger applies RepricerExpress will automatically move the SKU to the specified rule on your automation. On the automation settings see the choose your triggers and rule movement section.
Here, you can set your SKUs to either stay on the new rule or move back to the old rule where the trigger no longer applies.
