RepricerExpress uses Amazon's Subs API to reprice your products, which means that any Used product will compete with other Used products and vice versa.
We do however offer a unique feature that will enable you to compete with the cheapest New item if their price is lower than the cheapest Used item. This feature can be found in your Repricing Rule under the 'Item Condition' setting:
Note: you can use this setting for Used products only, if this setting is applied to a New product it cannot reprice (as New products will reprice against New products only).
In the example above, this means that any SKU assigned to that Rule will compete with Used items only but if the cheapest 'New' seller is priced lower than the cheapest 'Used' seller, then you would beat their price by 20%.
FYI: The lowest ‚New‘ seller price will be sole factor used to make a repricing decision (if lower than all Used prices). Settings such as exclude by rating/country/seller ID etc.. will not apply to the New seller, as this information is not returned to RepricerExpress, just the price is.
